Dr. Vitor Arrifes graduated in Osteopathy from the School of Health of the Portuguese Red Cross, with additional training in Visceral Manipulation, Osteopathy in Sports, and Craniosacral Osteopathy.

He believes that the functioning of the human body is complex and that a small alteration in one area can affect the entire organism. Therefore, osteopathy is a technique that uses hands to restore the function of the body’s structures, aiding in recovery, maintenance, and restoration of the body’s balance.
